Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the U.S. for over ten years. She was a member, and captain, of the US Olympic Female Gymnastics Women's Team, Final Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals in team and floor competitions and bronze for the balance beam. This made her one of the very first American gymnast at the Olympics with the highest number of medals. She won the gold in the team competition in the 2016 Olympics that was her as well as Gabby Douglas the first Americans to have back-to-back golds. Also, she received silvers in individual all around and floor exercises. The break was for three years between each Olympics from gymnastics competition. Also, she was a member of the gold medal winning American teams at 2 World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport of choice in the age of 2 and her most favorite sport is floor workouts. Aly has joined the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in honor of her late grandmother. She plans to pursue a career as a designer. Her future goals include growing her line of leotards.
